The episode is a near-complete break from the sitcom reality of Westview and instead focuses on what is happening on the exterior of the first three episodes. The 1960s fantasy sitcom certainly lends itself well to the episodes central plot as Bewitched follows Samantha a witch who like Wanda attempts to hide her powers from the mortals around her. With another jump Wanda pushes the beds together and then decides to look outside. Moments after Wanda realized she was pregnant in the closing moments of episode 2 her surroundings shifted to color as the story jumped to the next decade.
